Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
Wahpedia (wahpedia.com) is a New Zealand Warriors jersey archive operated by Ez-ai Limited, New Zealand. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Account details — if you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password (managed by Amazon Cognito; we never see or store your plain password).
- Your collection data — the jerseys you mark as owned and any details you add (tier, condition, signed/framed flags, notes, prices) and photos you upload.
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This involves cookies set by Google. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- Your email is used to sign you in, verify your account and reset your password. We don't send marketing email and we don't sell or share your details with anyone.
- Your collection data exists so the site can show you your collection. It is private to your account and not visible to other members or the public.
- Usage data helps us understand which parts of the archive people find useful.
Where it's stored
All data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia (account data in Amazon Cognito, collection data in DynamoDB, photos in S3), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Browsing without an account
You can browse the full archive without an account. Signed-out visitors' filter and view preferences may be kept in your own browser's local storage — that data never leaves your device.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email skene@ez-ai.nz and we'll sort it — deletion requests are actioned within a few days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new date. Questions? skene@ez-ai.nz.
